Rental Rates are subject to 14.417% Hawaii State GET Tax & Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax.
All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 fee. Any cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less cancellation fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations inside 60-day arrival window unless unit is re-rented for dates cancelled.
Holiday Reservations – Full payment is due October 1st and cancellation policy is stated above.
Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Call for deposit/payment requirements. Guests will pay for the departure housekeeping service following their stay – based upon the size of the property.
